West, LAPC, MAMFT, MSN, CCSAS is a
Christian Counselor specializing in Step Family issues and conflict. She has a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate difficult life transitions, including divorce and remarriage. She received her undergraduate degree from
Samford University and a master's degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She comes to the counseling field with 30 years of nursing experience. Laura's personal experience with divorce and remarriage was the catalyst for her returning to Psychological Studies Institute for a masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Laltrello, LMFT, CCADC, CSAT
is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist,
Certified Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Sex
Addiction Counselor. She is a Clinical Member of the American
Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and currently serves on
the board in Georgia. Additionally, she is a member of the
International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals and
has received her CSAT training from Dr. Patrick Carnes. She is
trained to work with individuals, couples and families around a
variety of problems with specialties including:
marital conflict, affairs, divorce, substance
abuse and addiction; internet, cybersex and sex
addiction; depression, anxiety, coping with illness, grief, and

over 16 years of practice she has been affiliated with
Catholic
Social Services, was former Director of the Georgia Baptist
Healthcare Services Cumming Counseling Center, and has practiced in
Europe with American Military Families stationed at the Air Force
Headquarters in Ramstein, Germany before beginning practice again
here in 2002. She is a graduate of Mercer University School of
