Mind Body Spirit focuses on creating and preserving mental, physical, and spiritual balance in order to promote and maintain optimal health. Maiysha “Dr. Life” Clairborne MD is the founder of Mind Body Spirit Wellness Inc. With nearly a decade of experience she takes a more patient centered integrative approach because she recognizes that balance between mind body and spirit is an integral part of wellness. Her therapies integrate traditional western practices with natural alternative therapies, and include the use and combination of acupuncture, mind body medicine, clinical nutrition, wellness and life coaching.

Dr. Clairborne reaches beyond the traditional practices of a family physician offering telephone consultations and coaching in addition to her in office services. Dr. Maiysha organizes worldwide retreats for individuals and groups, and she shares her holistic flare as Dr. Life in her weekly online streaming radio show The Wellness Dialogues.
